The Break-out Sessions After the main workshop presentations, which will run from 1p until about 3:30p, we'll have a short break, and then have the break-out sessions that each of the three presenters will be offering. Each one of us will run two back-to-back sessions, one at 3:30p, the other at 4:30p - so you'll be able to attend two of the three of them. Click here for info on Robyn Vogel's session on flirting. How To Create a Loving Relationship With Your Wardrobe
Would you like to:
…then this workshop is perfect for you! It is designed to give you some basic guidelines you can apply immediately. We’ll address the ABC’s (oh, yes and the ‘D’ (for dating)) of personal style and help you take your look to the next level.*
"My closet has never looked this good and I am finding lots
of new outfits and pulling things together that I never would have thought
of.” - Melissa H.
· Want to get the most out of our time together? If so, plan to bring two outfits or articles of clothing** with you that you want help with – something you might wear on a date but have questions about. Most of all we’ll have fun. This is your opportunity to get lots of valuable information. Come to the workshop with your clothing questions and leave date-ready!
*All advice is offered in a gentle, non-judgmental, supportive way to keep you feeling great about how you look. **It’s always better to bring too much than not enough. You don’t want to leave wishing you had brought something you didn’t.
Writing a Profile that Attracts the Men You Want (and keeps away the ones you don't want)
Having tons of men writing to you is not the ideal situation when you're online dating; it's hugely time-consuming, and the majority of that time is spent dealing with men who are not a fit. For many women, that is terribly discouraging. Not to mention, for many women, having to say "No" is excruciating. A much better plan is to have your profile be such a great statement about who you are, and who is the best fit for you, that it acts like a very effective magnet for the right men for you. Now that's a better plan! You're spending less time dealing with the wrong men, you're having more fun, and - let's face it - if you're attracting men who are more of what you want, it stands to reason that you'll end up with someone you could be happy with...much more quickly! For this break-out session, bring any work you've already done with a profile (if you want to), or just come ready to start from scratch.
